Lagos · Working with clients worldwide

Your front desk shouldn't run on memory and luck.

Olóri-oko Automation builds the booking, reminder, and follow-up systems that microfinance banks and clinics in Lagos actually need — so nobody misses an appointment, a loan step, or a repayment because someone forgot to send an email.

Based in Lagos. Working with clients remotely, wherever your business runs.

What we build

Three systems, one job: stop things from falling through the cracks.

Every business runs on the same handful of moments — someone books, someone applies, someone needs a nudge. We wire those moments together so your team isn't the one holding it all in their head.

01 / Booking

Appointments that confirm themselves

An online booking page for consultations or visits, connected straight to your calendar. No back-and-forth on WhatsApp trying to find a free slot.

  • Live availability, no double-booking
  • Intake form collected before the visit
  • Automatic reminder before every appointment
02 / Intake & workflow

Applications that route themselves

Loan applications, patient forms, or client intake — captured once and pushed straight into the right email sequence, with no one re-typing anything.

  • Structured forms, built for the specific process
  • Status-based emails: received, approved, overdue
  • Merge fields so every message reads personal
03 / Follow-up

The nudge that keeps people coming back

Repayment reminders, review requests, re-engagement emails — the messages that get forgotten in a busy week, sent on schedule every time.

  • Timed sequences: hours or days after an event
  • Overdue and upcoming reminders for repayments
  • Built to sit quietly in the background and work

How it works

Three steps, in this order, every time.

01

Map your workflow

We sit with how your business actually runs today — the calls, the forms, the follow-ups — and find where time and clients are being lost.

02

Build and connect

Booking pages, intake forms, and email sequences get built and wired together end to end, using tools that fit your business, not the other way round.

03

Launch and refine

We test it with real bookings before it ever touches a real client, then stay close for the first few weeks to tighten anything that needs it.

Our work

Three systems, three industries.

These aren't mockups — they're real builds, scoped and delivered for businesses with very different rhythms.

Healthcare · Dental clinic

From booked to back-in-the-chair

A patient books a slot online, fills an intake form before they arrive, gets reminded a day ahead, and receives a review request a few hours after their visit — without the front desk touching any of it.

Finance · Microfinance bank

From application to repayment, tracked

A loan applicant is welcomed, told the moment their application is received, notified when it's approved, and reminded before and after repayment is due — five distinct messages, each one triggered by what actually happened.

Membership · Network organization

A structure built for growth, not chaos

A full onboarding, downline, and commission-tracking blueprint scoped across four phases — from member intake through to payout logic — so growth doesn't outrun the systems meant to support it.

About Olóri-oko

Olóri-oko Automation is the automation arm of Olóri-oko Ventures, based in Lagos. We work with microfinance banks and healthcare clinics — two kinds of businesses where a missed follow-up isn't a small thing, it's a lost client or a late repayment.

We don't sell software. We build the specific booking page, the specific form, and the specific sequence of messages your business needs, connect it to the tools you already trust, and test it with real bookings before your clients ever see it.

If you're currently keeping track of appointments, applications, or reminders in your head, in a notebook, or across a dozen WhatsApp chats — that's exactly the kind of problem we solve.

Questions

What people usually ask before booking a call.

How long does a build like this take?+
Most single systems (a booking flow, an intake form, a set of reminder emails) are ready within one to two weeks. A full setup across booking, intake, and follow up usually takes three to four weeks, tested with real bookings before it touches a client.
What does it cost?+
It depends on how much of your process needs automating and which tools are involved. As a guide, projects start around ₦300,000 (about $200). A discovery call is where we map out the exact scope and give you a firm price before any work starts.
Does this work with WhatsApp?+
Yes, where it fits. Reminders and follow ups can be routed through WhatsApp alongside or instead of email, depending on how your clients actually respond. We'll ask about this on the discovery call.
Do I need to switch the tools I already use?+
Usually not. The goal is to connect what you already have, your calendar, your forms, your email sender, rather than replace it. New tools only come in where there's a genuine gap.
What happens after launch?+
We stay close for the first few weeks while real bookings and applications move through the system, fixing anything that needs tightening. After that, support is available on request as your process changes.
Do you work with clients outside Nigeria?+
Yes. Most builds are invoiced in Naira, and we can invoice in USD for clients paying from outside Nigeria. We're based in Lagos (WAT, GMT+1) and work async well outside those hours, so a time difference isn't a blocker.
Do you only work with clinics and microfinance banks?+
Those are where we've built the most, but the same logic (booking, intake, follow up) applies to most service businesses. If your business runs on appointments, applications, or member sign ups, it's worth a conversation.

Ready when you are
